You talk to the person shooting it
No account manager and no handoff. Whoever answers your first message is the one holding the camera on the day.
Jake Sell. Wadsworth, Ohio. Video, photo, and DJ work for the days people do not get a second take at.

I studied media production at Stark State College and never really left the edit bay. Somewhere along the way I started teaching video editing and videography to the students coming up behind me, and I still think that is the best way to learn a thing: well enough to explain it.
The DJ side started first, under the name Earworm Muzic Services, working parties and school events around Stark and Summit County. The camera came along to those nights, then to a friend's wedding, then to the sideline at Wadsworth varsity games. At some point it stopped being a side thing and became JS Media.
These days I am on the sideline under the lights, in the back of the church during the first look, and behind the booth when the dance floor finally fills up. It is me you talk to, me on the camera, and me cutting the footage at midnight because I want you to see it while it still feels fresh.
Quick turnaround. Straight answers. Footage you will actually want to share.
A wedding does not get a second take. Neither does a graduation, a fundraiser, or the last game of somebody's senior season. Here is what it means to hand that over to me.
No account manager and no handoff. Whoever answers your first message is the one holding the camera on the day.
Film, photo and DJ from the same hands. One booking, one point of contact, and no vendors bumping into each other at your event.
Edited while the day still matters to you, and delivered in the sizes you actually need, vertical cut included.
You get availability, a plan for how the day gets covered, and the number, all before any money moves.
Media production at Stark State College, and enough time in the edit bay to teach video editing to the students coming up behind.
Wadsworth based, working Akron, Cleveland, Lorain, Canton, Wooster and everywhere between. Getting there is never the hard part.
Full-frame cameras for the stills and the film, a drone for the wide look when the venue allows it, wireless mics so the vows and the toasts come through clean, and a lighting kit so the reception does not turn to mud after sunset.
Everything gets cut in Adobe Premiere, color matched, captioned where it helps, and exported in the sizes you actually use. A landscape film for the TV, a vertical cut for the feed, and photos in a gallery you can download and print from.

The short version. Anything else is a quick text away.
A videographer plans the coverage with you, shows up early with cameras, sound, and light, films the day as it happens, and then edits the footage into something you will actually watch and share. With JS Media the same person does all of it, from the first call to the final file.
Most days it is Jake, so the person you talked to is the one holding the camera. For big weddings and multi-camera events a second shooter comes along, and you will know that before you book.
Yes. Every service on the site can be booked on its own. Photo-only days, DJ-only nights, and edit-only projects are all normal. Booking two together on the same day usually costs less than two separate vendors.

Jake went above and beyond to capture our event beautifully. He arrived early, was professional from start to finish, and effortlessly connected with everyone from the DJ to community members. His photography services were top notch, and it was truly a pleasure working with him.
Jake was amazing!!! He helped with generating ideas and questions for a trivia contest and names for a costume contest. The day of he was prompt and personable. He took requests and was kind to all our guests, including the kids. I would happily recommend him for any of your party needs!
True professionals. They visited our venue a week prior to the event to check out the room and sound, and asked about the age of our guests and musical preferences. During the event they helped us with our costume contest. The music played was great for what we were attempting to accomplish. They nailed it!
