Services and Pricing

Every service, one crew, fifty miles of Wadsworth

Video, photo, DJ, drone, editing, and content. Real price ranges on every one, so you know where you stand before you ever pick up the phone.

How This Works

Nine things we do, priced out loud

Most media companies make you email for a quote. We would rather tell you the range up front, tell you what moves it, and let you decide if a call is worth your time. Every number below is a real range for Northeast Ohio, not a teaser. Book one service or stack a few and the price gets built around the day you are planning.

Wedding Videography

You get one shot at the vows, the first look, and the speech your dad has been rewriting for a month. We film the whole day clean and cut it into a highlight film you will actually rewatch, plus the full ceremony and speeches so nothing gets lost. Drone shots come along when the venue allows it.

Includes highlight film, full ceremony, speeches and toasts, drone when allowed, and vertical cut for sharing.

Video coverage, no photos
$1,500 to $3,000 full wedding day. Highlight film only packages start around $900.

What moves the price: hours on site, a second shooter, drone, how long the final edit runs, and travel past the fifty mile ring. Want photos too? Photo plus video gets quoted as one package.

How much should I expect to pay for a wedding videographer?

In Northeast Ohio, most couples pay between $1,500 and $3,000 for full-day wedding video coverage. A short highlight film with fewer hours on site runs closer to $900. Big studios with two or three shooters can go well past $4,000. Our range is what you see above, and it includes the edit.

Is it worth getting a videographer for a wedding?

Photos freeze the day. Video keeps the sound of it. The vows in your own voices, the laugh in the middle of the toast, the song you walked in to. Couples who skip video tend to say it is the one thing they wish they had. If the budget only stretches to one thing, a highlight-only package is the way to keep the sound without paying for a full day.

How much for a videographer for 4 hours?

Four hours of coverage with a short edit starts around $600 for events and around $900 for weddings, because wedding edits take longer. That covers a ceremony and the first part of a reception, or a full party.

Event Videography

Fundraisers, community days, graduation parties, award nights, corporate gatherings, birthday blowouts. We show up early, film the room filling up, catch the speeches and the candid stuff between them, and hand back a recap video within days, not months. Great for sponsors, next year's invite, and the people who could not make it.

Includes recap video, speeches captured clean, sponsor cut, and vertical version for the feed.

Event video coverage
From $600 for four hours on site with a recap edit. $125 to $175 per extra hour.

What moves the price: total hours, how many separate edits you want back, and whether you need it turned around overnight.

Sports Videography

Varsity games, club tournaments, senior nights, and highlight reels athletes can actually send to a coach. We work the sideline all game, then cut the goals, the saves, and the bench going nuts into a reel that is ready to post before the bus gets home. Programs use them for hype videos. Parents use them for the fridge.

Includes full game coverage, athlete highlight reels, program hype videos, senior night, and vertical cuts.

Sports coverage
$250 to $400 per game with a highlight cut. Season packages and multi-game rates get quoted.

What moves the price: game length, how many players get their own reel, and travel to away games.

What does a sports videographer do?

A sports videographer films the game from the sideline or the stands, follows the play instead of the scoreboard, and cuts the footage into highlights afterward. For a varsity team that means a game recap, hype clips for the program's social pages, and individual reels for athletes who need film for recruiting. We handle the shooting and the editing, so the team gets finished clips, not a hard drive.

Wedding and Event Photography

Photos that catch the real ones. The hug at the door, the kid mid-laugh, the whole crew in matching shirts. We shoot events, community days, parties, and weddings, either alongside the video or as a photo-only booking. Edited files come back in a shared gallery you can download, print, and post from.

Includes candid coverage, group and posed shots, edited online gallery, and print-ready files.

Photos only, no video
$150 to $250 per hour for events, two hour minimum. A photo-only wedding day starts at $1,200.

What moves the price: hours on site, guest count, and how many edited images you want back. Photo plus video on the same day gets quoted as one package, which usually costs less than booking both separately.

How much does a photographer charge for an event?

Around here, event photographers charge $150 to $250 an hour, and most have a two hour minimum. A four hour community event or party with edited photos typically lands between $600 and $1,000. Weddings cost more because the days are longer and the editing takes longer.

How much should you expect to pay for a photographer?

It depends on what you are booking. A one hour headshot or portrait session is $150 to $300. A party or event is priced by the hour. A full wedding day of photos starts at $1,200 with us and goes up with hours and a second shooter. If someone quotes far below that, ask what is included, because editing is where the time goes.

Headshots and Portraits

A headshot that looks like you on a good day. Realtors, coaches, business owners, seniors, grads, and anyone who is tired of the cropped photo from a wedding. One hour, on location or with a clean backdrop, a handful of looks, and retouched files back within a week. Team headshots for a whole office can be done in one visit.

Includes business headshots, senior and grad portraits, family sessions, and team days.

Portrait session
$150 to $300 for a one hour session with retouched files.

What moves the price: number of people, number of looks or outfit changes, and how many final edited images you want. Team days get a per-person rate.

How much is a 1 hour photoshoot?

A one hour portrait or headshot session runs $150 to $300 in Northeast Ohio, depending on how many finished images are included and whether it is in a studio setup or on location. Ours includes the edit and a shared gallery. Group and team sessions are priced per person instead.

DJ Services

Weddings, birthday parties, school dances, fundraisers, club nights, and the office holiday party nobody wanted to plan. Sound and lights come with us. We build the playlist with you ahead of time, read the room on the night, take requests without letting one cousin hijack the whole set, and handle the mic for announcements, games, and the send-off. Since the DJ is also the camera guy, one booking can cover the music and the video.

Includes weddings and receptions, parties and school events, sound and lighting included, MC and announcements, and DJ plus video combo.

DJ and MC
$800 to $1,500 for a wedding, depending on hours and lighting. A three hour party runs $400 to $700.

What moves the price: total hours, ceremony sound as a separate setup, uplighting or dance floor lighting, and travel. Add video coverage to the same booking and the combined price comes in under booking two vendors.

What is the average cost of hiring a DJ for a wedding in Ohio?

Most Ohio couples pay between $800 and $1,500 for a wedding DJ, with big-name entertainment companies charging $2,000 or more. The price usually covers five to six hours, sound, basic lighting, and an MC. Our wedding DJ range is $800 to $1,500 and includes all of that.

How much should I pay a DJ for my wedding?

Plan on roughly $1,000 to $1,500 for a full reception with ceremony sound and lighting, and closer to $800 if you only need the reception. Spend more for uplighting and a longer night. Spend less by trimming hours, not by hiring someone with no reviews and borrowed speakers.

How much does a 3 hour DJ cost?

A three hour party with sound, lights, and an MC runs $400 to $700 with us. Birthday parties, school events, and fundraisers usually fit in that window.

Is it worth getting a DJ for a wedding?

A playlist cannot tell that the dance floor is dying and fix it. A DJ can. The DJ also runs the timeline: introductions, first dance, toasts, cake, send-off, so nobody in your wedding party has to. If you want people to stay past the cake, it is worth it.

Who pays for the DJ at a wedding?

Traditionally the couple or the couple's families cover the reception entertainment, and these days it almost always comes out of the couple's overall wedding budget. There is no rule. Whoever is paying for the reception typically pays for the DJ.

Drone and Aerial

The shots you cannot get standing on the ground. A venue reveal at golden hour, the whole golf outing from above, a property flyover, the crowd at a festival, the football field before kickoff. Aerial clips get cut into your wedding or event film, or delivered on their own for a business, a realtor, or a course that needs the wide look.

Includes venue and property flyovers, golf courses and outdoor events, real estate, and aerial photos and video.

Aerial
$200 to $400 added to a video or photo booking. Standalone aerial shoots start at $300.

What moves the price: time on site, edited clips versus raw footage, and whether the location has flight restrictions we need to plan around.

Content Creation and Social Video

For business owners who know they should be posting video and never have time to make it. We come to you once, shoot a batch of short clips, and cut them into reels built for the platform they will live on, captions included. Gyms, restaurants, contractors, coaches, realtors, and creators who want the YouTube channel edited by someone else for a change.

Includes monthly reels, YouTube edits, captions and hooks, batch shoot days, and channel management.

Monthly content
From $250 a month for four short videos. Weekly content runs $600 to $900 a month.

What moves the price: how many videos a month, whether we shoot or you send footage, and whether you want us to post them too.

How much should I pay a content creator?

A small business in Northeast Ohio can get four edited short videos a month for around $250, or weekly content for $600 to $900 a month, when the creator is local and shoots in batches. Agencies charge several thousand a month for the same volume because they bill for strategy meetings. Pay for the videos, not the meetings.

Is content creation still worth it in 2026?

Yes, and short video is where the attention is. A local business that posts a real clip of real work twice a week shows up in feeds, in search, and in AI answers more than one with a polished website and a silent Instagram. The trick is consistency, which is exactly what a monthly package solves.

Editing and Post

Already have the footage? Send it over and it comes back cut. Phone clips from the trip, a wedding your cousin filmed, a podcast, a church service, a season of game film. We handle story order, color, sound cleanup, captions, music, and the vertical version for the feed. You get a finished video, not a project file.

Includes highlight edits, color and sound, captions, podcast and long form, and vertical cuts.

Editing only
$50 to $85 an hour or a flat quote per project once we see the footage.

What moves the price: how much raw footage there is, how long the finished piece runs, and how many versions you need.
