What we collect

When you call, text, email, or fill out the form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of event, the date, the location, and anything you write in the message box.

If you text us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and remember what was agreed. If you book, we also keep the details of the job, the plan we sent you, and payment records.

This site does not use advertising trackers. Our web host keeps standard server logs, like the pages requested and the general region a visit came from, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and send you a plan and a price.

To schedule, confirm, and deliver the work you booked, including reminders and delivery links.

To follow up on a quote you asked for.

To keep records of what was agreed, which protects you as much as us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the business except the tools we use to run it, like our booking, messaging, and payment software. Those tools only use your information to do their job for us.

Text messages

If you check the texting box on our contact form, or you text us first, you agree to receive text messages from JS Media Group LLC about your inquiry and booking. That includes quotes, scheduling, reminders, delivery updates, and follow ups on something you asked about. We do not send marketing blasts.

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the booking. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 818-472-1070. Opting out of texts never affects your booking. We will just use the phone or email instead.

Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Photos and video of you

The photos and video we shoot at your event are covered by our Terms and Conditions, not this policy. In short: you get the finished files to use however you like for personal purposes, and we may show a small selection in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. Call or text 818-472-1070 or email jake@jsmediagroup.net and we will take care of it. We may keep records we need for tax, legal, or accounting reasons.

Kids

This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Parents book on behalf of their kids for things like graduations, sports, and mitzvahs.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes get a note on this page.
