None of these are required. Any of them gets you to a real price faster.
The place
Venue, park, gym, or backyard. Indoors or out changes the gear and the plan for light and sound.
Rough hours
Ceremony only, or first look through the send-off? Hours on site are the biggest piece of the price.
The finished product
A highlight film, the full edit, photos, a DJ for the night, or the whole package. Knowing which one you are after lets us build the plan around it.

Questions people ask before booking

How far in advance should I book?
Weddings book six to twelve months out, and popular Saturdays go first. Community events, parties, and business shoots usually need two to four weeks. Sports coverage can often be booked the same week if the date is open. If your date is soon, call anyway. Sometimes it works.
Do you travel?
Anywhere within fifty miles of Wadsworth is included in every price on the site. Akron, Cleveland, Canton, Lorain, Wooster, Mansfield, and everything between is a normal drive for us. Past the ring, there is a small travel fee and we will tell you the number before you commit.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your date, and the rest is due after the event. For weddings the deposit is usually a quarter of the total. For shorter bookings it is a flat amount we agree on in the plan. Deposits are refundable if we cancel and transferable if you move the date and we are open.
How fast do I get the final files?
Highlight reels and short cuts come back within a week, often within a few days. Full wedding films and long edits take two to three weeks because that is where the real editing time goes. Photos land in a shared online gallery you can download and print from.

Fifty miles in any direction
Home base is Wadsworth. Wayne, Medina, Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, Lorain, Portage, Ashland, Richland, and Tuscarawas counties are all inside the ring, and travel there is included. Past the ring, ask anyway. We have driven farther for the right day.
